Proficient in alternative dispute resolution, she is adept at conflict management and board secretarial services. Taimi’s professional journey includes notable roles such as Director and Senior Associate at Sisa Namandje & Co Inc, where she plays pivotal roles in establishing strategic plans, operational policies, and CSR management.
Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her legal expertise, as evidenced by her active involvement in organisations such as the Namibia Health Plan Board of Trustees, Young Leaders Mentorship Programme and the Sisa Namandje Foundation, where she serves as Chairperson.
Taimi is also eager to contribute to knowledge and lectures part-time at the University of Namibia.
