Board of Control consists of:
1. The Chairperson of the Law Society of Namibia (LSN) Council as ex-officio (who shall not be the chair of the Board of Control)
2. An optional, fifth alternate member of the LSN Council (alternate to the Chairperson of the Law Society of Namibia Council)
3. The Chairperson of the Board of Control shall be elected by the members of Board of Control
4. In the event of the Chairperson being absent at the meeting of the board of control, the members of the board of control shall elect amongst themselves a member who shall serve as the Chairperson for the meeting
5. Members of the Board of Control are automatically reappointed if no new appointments are made by the Law Society Council.
